Permanently Stained Grout – Permanent staining is something that happens when someone doesn’t properly maintain their floors as they should. When you have tile and grout installed, you should have it cleaned and color sealed immediately (90% of people don’t do this). As the floor ages, topical stains slowly turn into deep stains, and not much can be done about it. No level of scrubbing, pressure washing, or acid washing will ever remove a matured stain from your grout, leaving you with only one option.

Grout coloring is sort of considered to be a last resort option to truly and fully restoring grout lines. We carefully apply the grout coloring using an angled paint brush, as it is the most difficult method, it does provide the most accuracy as compared to the other application methods out there. The most important attribute to doing a project like this, is that you should always acid wash before installing the new grout coloring. This is because it opens up the pores of the grout lines, and allows the grout coloring to adhere to them more effectively.
